hiring people to look successful is one of the fastest ways to go broke. a few years ago i was burning over $10k a month on a team i'd just accumulated over the years. "this guy's got 8 kids, keep him on." "i like his attitude, keep this guy on." barely used half of them. no ROI. just cash leaving every month so i could feel like a CEO. here's what i learned: 1) money is energy you transfer to get a return. every dollar out should bring something back. if it doesn't, you're not building a team, you're funding your own ego. 2) you don't need a massive team anymore. with AI and the tools we have now, a lean crew of a few sharp people outpaces corporations with hundreds of employees. 3) only hire for a specific bottleneck. the thing you bang your head against or waste hours on. for me it was video editing. i'm good at it but it drains me. so i hired it out. that frees you to do the one thing only you can do. 4) find the single activity that grows the business if you do more of it. your job for the next 12-18 months is to do that one thing 99% of the time and hand everything else off. stop hiring to look big. start hiring to remove what's slowing you down.

The horror of the US physician residency system aside, I feel like people need to remember that everyone has different goals as a streamer?! Because of its roots, VTubing always seems to idealize going corpo or "making it big" but there are still people who genuinely DO NOT CARE. I am a vtuber because it's fun, streaming is a hobby, and I would prefer to hang out with friends who share my interests rather than my boomer doctor coworkers who only talk about boats and golf?? I've streamed this sporadically for the past eight years, and becoming an anime man on the internet did not change anything about that. I quadrupled my follower count in the past few months from some silly posts, and yet I have zero desire to chase growth as a metric for my own personal achievement. I already have a career that I enjoy and dedicate myself to, and vtubing is something that will always take a backseat to that. But I can certainly still enjoy my time as doctor irl doctor vtuber saikenMD without having to submit to this notion that my investment needs to pay off in sponsorships, networking, or scheduled content creation. Joining a company to control my brand, hiring a manager to give advice on things I do not care about, or using my name as a code to get 10% off on whatever, is not something that is going to help me accomplish what I want to do here. Sometimes, I'm just answering medical curiosities for people who do not have anyone else in their lives whom they can ask. I do not need to turn a profit to consider my creative outlet "worthwhile," I literally waste money doing this stuff; but that's okay BECAUSE IT'S GENUINELY A GOOD TIME!!!!! like just let me live damn

Incapable of writing anything less than a thesis about an all-time first trip to Red Rocks for three nights of one of my goats MARTIN GARRIX Red Rocks has been at the top of my bucket list since first getting into dance music. And when Garrix announced he’d be playing there for the first time, I knew if these shows couldn’t convince me to finally go, idk what would People always ask if it’s worth sending every night for these multi-night Garrix runs. The short answer is yes, and Red Rocks was a prime example of why. The reimagined Ushuaïa 2018 production was a masterpiece (shoutout to the legends Gabe Fraboni, Zis Ankone, and Andrea Voglino just to name a few), three different/peak Garrix tracklists (plus a new intro just for Red Rocks), the crowds were electric, and we got an Avengers-level support list (shoutout Mesto, AFROJACK, marshmello, and Alesso). The shows somehow kept getting better, especially Friday with our tailgate B2B, Alessorrix 2.0, and my favorite of the three Garrix sets As for Red Rocks itself, it was so surreal finally experiencing it in person. Everything from the view with the city lights in the back to the crisp sound (even being higher up night 1) to the setting as a whole came together for a perfect first impression. lee minho was born to be the leeknow he is. he loves to show off, he loves to attend fashion shows, he loves to get compliments, he loves to show his work and show stays his dancing and cover songs so he could let us hear his voice, without auto tone without editing, just him and his mic. he have said twice that hes only that happy, giggly and chatty only when hes with stays, either during concerts or fansigns. the perfectness in him isnt enough for him and he's gladly working harder for more. he worked so hard even tho he's already perfect and amazing but it just doesn't satisfy him which proves how determined he is, how passionate and loving he is to his career. he lives such a healthy life, very mature mindset and a big love for his career. he loves it, he would love to be included, involved, being filmed and all attention on him. even tho his career has been the most successful, he will always continue on improving and wanting more, his greed and need to grow more and become more and more powerful and talentful always amaze me. im so happy to witness such... fascinating person who worked hard ever since he was a child, different jobs until he found the place that he belongs to. you cant blame anyone who's pointing out this very obvious, hateful and envious mistreatment. i just want to see him shine and do the thing he absolutely love and live for. leeknow's career will always be there in history, i love a man who is very happily doing the thing he always wanted to do. lee minho you will always be loved, cherished and famous. no matter how his own company tries to exclude him out of almost every content they post, people will always talk about him. he will always find himself trending and loved. dont think that he wants to be treated like that, he wouldn't work hard, practice everyday, go to vocal lessons and still try new dancing styles just to be neglected. he would love to be seen, heard, loved, adored, cherished, treasured, respected, noticed, treated nicely, cared for, appreciated, recognized, praised, cheered for and known. please know that you ARE by so many people all around this big giant world. my favorite precious, amazing, loved, hardworking, sweet boy. the love of my life i love you so much 🤍

lee minho was born to be the leeknow he is. he loves to show off, he loves to attend fashion shows, he loves to get compliments, he loves to show his work and show stays his dancing and cover songs so he could let us hear his voice, without auto tone without editing, just him and his mic. he have said twice that hes only that happy, giggly and chatty only when hes with stays, either during concerts or fansigns. the perfectness in him isnt enough for him and he's gladly working harder for more. he worked so hard even tho he's already perfect and amazing but it just doesn't satisfy him which proves how determined he is, how passionate and loving he is to his career. he lives such a healthy life, very mature mindset and a big love for his career. he loves it, he would love to be included, involved, being filmed and all attention on him. even tho his career has been the most successful, he will always continue on improving and wanting more, his greed and need to grow more and become more and more powerful and talentful always amaze me. im so happy to witness such... fascinating person who worked hard ever since he was a child, different jobs until he found the place that he belongs to. you cant blame anyone who's pointing out this very obvious, hateful and envious mistreatment. i just want to see him shine and do the thing he absolutely love and live for. leeknow's career will always be there in history, i love a man who is very happily doing the thing he always wanted to do. lee minho you will always be loved, cherished and famous. no matter how his own company tries to exclude him out of almost every content they post, people will always talk about him. he will always find himself trending and loved. dont think that he wants to be treated like that, he wouldn't work hard, practice everyday, go to vocal lessons and still try new dancing styles just to be neglected. he would love to be seen, heard, loved, adored, cherished, treasured, respected, noticed, treated nicely, cared for, appreciated, recognized, praised, cheered for and known. please know that you ARE by so many people all around this big giant world. my favorite precious, amazing, loved, hardworking, sweet boy. the love of my life i love you so much 🤍
