justin's creative mind at work. he's the performer we often see onstage, but behind what we see during performances is a creative mind that is constantly working—someone who pays close attention to how things should look, feel, and come together. he can come up with ideas and contribute to turning them into something people can actually see and experience. people often see his playful and humorous side, but he can quickly switch into serious creator mode, working through concepts, visuals, direction, and execution. seeing these sides of justin makes it impossible not to admire him. you see what he creates, but you also get to see just how bright and creative his mind is.
