We literally all could have this if we wernt giving money to satanic pedophiles

It’s cool and all but all that pool equipment should be in a structure to keep it protected. And the system should be condensed into larger pumps and filtration system.

All the work, and all that money, and they just leave the system exposed right next to the pool like that? I'd be furious!

Built my pool for 40 k 🤷🏽♂️ Retail was 80k 25 years ago though. Still looks great 👍🏻

That’s a nice view though

Why in the world would you leave all of that UV sensitive equipment exposed?

260k and you don’t even have a pump house.

You don't want that pool. 260k and those valves aren't automated, no spa, the basin is unprotected and debris is going to be in that thing all the time. Pond flows directly into the pool, which probably explains all those damn pumps and big ass sand filter. The maintenance on this should be around 300-400/month. All of those VS Jandy pumps are expensive af, and a new motor will cost you about the price of a new pump when it fails in 5 years. This thing is a huge money pit.

Major fail on the pump/plumbing install.

I can think of a lot of ways to spend a quarter million on one venture... None of them involve a swimming pool.

Contractor: built for $60k. Pocketed $200k.

We installed a pool 20 years ago and still don’t know what those valves do

Good god that’s one hell of a pump filter setup. Could have probably saved a few grand doing a salt water system. Way easier to maintain and cheaper in the long run

You’d think that for that money they’d hide the pipes etc.

A regular shit vinyl lined pool is near 100k. This seems like something worthwhile.

$260k is insane for a speciality pool and some paver work.

I’d say easily made 150k profit on pool

For 260k all that equipment better not be out in the open

To spend that money and not enclose the pump in a structure is crazy

I build these for a living and will likely never own one. $260k for the pool alone in Michigan.

Built a year ago, “still looks good” For $260k I hope is does look good at a year old

Damn.. I’m so broke

Awful manifolds

You gave them an IAquaLink and a AquaLink PDA? How many infloor heads do you have on that single 2 port diverter?

Gimme $150k and I can build that for you.

If you believe it, you can achieve it!!! 😉

He did a good job. Not a bad price if you work hard for it

No ever say never my guy

Built a year ago and all the mechanicals still arent hidden?

Upkeep is insane

@gregg_earnest could do that for double the price.

Fucking idiots have a massive pond back there and they put a pool in the back. Kids gunna be gay when he grows up

my infinity pool cost around 225k as well, with pavers travertine.. while it looks great, maintaining a pool is a money pit $150 a month guaranteed

Shit, that pool must have its own current for four pumps. I’ve got a pool that size with only one and it’s plenty.

Not worth it
