This is beautiful and I love it. I struggled with my confidence when I was starting out my career in 2005 until I met my mentor who taught me to do these little things you spoke about. The first time I was asked to lead a meeting at work. Ah! Bukky I almost entered the ground but when I remembered my mentors words to me, I led the meeting afraid and since then I kept at it. Now I am so confident to the extent that you will feel my energy in any room or gathering.

Absolutely. This was in 2005. Now the confidence I have is very confident. I also realise that confidence is not a day journey. You keep improving and getting better at it. It is such a beautiful thing.

We must admit that this is in fact a Nigerian problem . It’s they way most have been brought up - including school systems and at home . The ability to not take charge in a room, most often stems from fear !
