President Yoweri K Museveni has consistently championed national unity as the foundation of Uganda’s peace and stability. His decision to appoint Hon. Norbert Mao as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs exemplifies this vision. In this interview, the President explained that he has observed Mao’s leadership capabilities for many years.
