When does 51 intel operatives publicly stating the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian op get prosecuted for election interference?

Apparently when you tell school boards you don’t want porn in your children’s school! Thats when you tools think it becomes criminal

Unless it is against Trump, then it very okay with your department of justice.

According to libs- it’s when you voice an opinion they don’t agree with

It doesn't. Thanks for checking.

Free Speech is absolute, regardless of what bureaucrats say. The second amendment is absolute also. Etc. The Constitution doesn’t give the Federal Government much power, except to ensure States don’t interfere with each other in commerce, war, etc. It also gives the Feds the ability to defend the Unites States from enemies abroad, etc. Everything else is a restriction on government, not us. Sure, investigate a threat. But a threat is not and can’t be a federal crimes based on the Constitution. Hate speech is protected by the First Amendment as well. Yes, you can yell “fire” in a crowded theater. Supreme Court says so. Its Constitutional. You may suffer the consequences of you actions, like civil suits from injured parties during a chaotic exit, etc. but you can do it. Its time we take back the Constitution from these tyrants who use their “laws”, “policies”, and “desires” to inflict themselves on whomever they decide they don’t like.

How many people does this department employ? Looks like we can save a whole lot of money by eliminating this department.
