@mattdizwhitlock @AmericaNewsroom People need to understand: Justice Jackson *does* believe in an imperial presidency -- *if* it's a Democrat. If we had Harris, Jackson's recent opinions would be a lot different. She is the most complete embodiment of the Left's "only results matter, not the law" philosophy.

@AmericaNewsroom Justice Jackson has a large group of legal clerks and interns and legal staff. Either she is not taking legal advice from her staff or her staff is selected by her biased reasoning. Their careers are pretty much tainted at this point. Not a good judgeship resume.

And they're all boilerplate recitation of legal standards. She's literally making it all up untethered to any precedent or even the issue before the court

In a lone dissent, she argued that if a judge feels like something is an injustice, they should have broad power to fix it. That undermines our entire legal system. Where in the Constitution does it say that a judge should have the power to just ignore convictions and let people go because they believe they're righting a wrong?
