So we get to listen to the lamentations of the women--specifically the three SCRONES (SCOTUS crones), Kagan, Sotomayor, and the leader of the pack, Justice Ketanji "I'm not a biologist, how would I know what a woman is" Jackson. As usual, though Jackson has the LEAST SUBSTANCE TO SAY, she of course SAYS THE MOST WORDS. It remains astonishing that Justice Jackson routinely speaks ONE HUNDRED TIMES as many words in oral argument as does Clarence Thomas, almost certainly the smartest SCOTUS justice on the bench, and one of the smartest in our nation's history.
