Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas outright says far-left Democrat policies will end America He says as soon as these forms of government take unchecked power, they kill tens of millions of people “Progressivism seeks to replace the basic premises of the Declaration of Independence, and hence our form of government” “It holds that our rights and our dignities come not from God, but from government. It requires of the people a subservience and weakness incompatible with a constitution premised on the transcendent origin of our rights. The century of progressivism did not go well. The European system that Wilson and the Progressives scolded Americans were not adopting, which he called nearly perfect, led to the governments that caused the most awful century that the world has ever seen. Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, and Mao, all were intertwined with the rise of progressivism and all were opposed to the natural rights on which our Declaration are based — Shortly before their governments killed tens of millions of people”

Justice Clarence Thomas on the Constitution’s purpose of protecting Americans’ natural rights: “The Constitution is the means of government. It is the declaration that announces the ends of government. The Constitution achieves this purpose by protecting our natural rights and our liberties from concentrated power and excessive democracy. Our Constitution creates a separation of powers and federalism, truly for the first time in modern history, to prevent the government from becoming so strong that it threatens our natural rights.”

🚨 CLARENCE THOMAS DROPS TRUTH ON THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas just delivered a powerful defense of America’s founding document: He emphasized the beauty and importance of the Declaration of Independence, especially its opening statement that we are endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights. Thomas didn’t hold back, directly criticizing Progressivism for actively opposing the core principles of the Declaration: Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. He made it clear that the progressive movement fundamentally rejects the idea of God-given, unalienable rights in favor of government-granted privileges that can be taken away at any time. Justice Thomas continues to be one of the clearest, strongest voices on the Court defending originalism and the true meaning of our founding. The Declaration isn’t just old words on paper, it’s the soul of America. Unalienable rights come from God, not government. Well said, Justice Thomas

Our country was founded on the principle that our inalienable rights come not from government, but from our Creator. This self-evident truth is not some radical idea, as MSNOW would have you believe. It is expressly stated in our Declaration of Independence. As we celebrate America's 250th birthday this year, it is important for us to rededicate the United States of America as ONE NATION UNDER GOD.

“The notion that rights don’t come from laws and don’t come from the government, but come from the Creator — that’s what the Iranian government believes. It’s a theocratic regime that bases its rule on Sharia law and targets Sunnis, Bahá’ís, Jews, Christians and other religious minorities. And they do it because they believe that they understand what natural rights are from their Creator. So the statement that our rights do not come from our laws or our governments is extremely troubling.” Tim Kaine Incredible that the current Senator from Virginia rejects the core principle of the Declaration Of Independence.

Justice Thomas: "Since Woodrow Wilson's presidency, progressivism has made many inroads into our system of government. It has coexisted uneasily with the principles of the Declaration. Because it is opposed to those principles, it is not possible for the two to coexist forever."

America is the greatest nation on Earth - the Land of the Free! Our rights don’t come from government. They come from our Creator, and they’re enshrined in our Constitution. In Congress, I will fight to protect these freedoms that make America exceptional.

The Constitution of Ireland begins not with government, but with the Nation—with the People themselves. That is not symbolism. That is authority. It is from the People that all power flows, and it is by our collective will that we established the Constitution as the supreme law of this State. Within it, we gave ourselves courts—not as instruments of control, but as guardians of liberty. Under Article 34, we vested those courts with a solemn duty: to protect and vindicate our personal rights. Those personal rights are not abstract ideas. They are expressly recognised and protected across the Constitution—beginning in Article 40, and extending through Articles 41, 42, 42A, 43, and 44. Together, they safeguard what it means to live freely and with dignity in Ireland: our personal liberty, our families, our children, our right to educate according to conscience, our private property, and our freedom of religion. These rights do not exist at the pleasure of the State. They do not depend on policy, preference, or administrative convenience. They are fundamental, and they are inalienable. What we are witnessing at this moment is something profoundly serious. A member of the Government—holding office as a Minister of State, an office that exists only by statute—has purported, through a statutory instrument, to prevent the People of Ireland from exercising their constitutional rights in their own courts. That cannot stand. No statutory instrument can override the Constitution. No minister, junior or otherwise, can suspend fundamental rights. No act of secondary legislation can lawfully obstruct access to the courts where those rights are vindicated. To suggest otherwise is not merely mistaken—it is constitutionally impossible. The courts do not belong to the executive. They do not belong to departments. They belong to the People, because the Constitution says so. And so, this is where the line is drawn. The Constitution is not optional. Fundamental rights are not negotiable. Access to justice is not a privilege to be rationed. Tomorrow, the law will be laid plainly before the Minister for Justice—not in defiance, but in fidelity to the Constitution; not in anger, but in duty to the People; not for personal grievance, but for the protection of all. Because if fundamental rights can be restrained today, they can be extinguished tomorrow. And if we do not stand now, we leave our children standing alone later. This is not about power. It is about principle. It is about ensuring that the Constitution lives—not on paper, but in practice. And it is about the furtherance of our fundamental rights, so that we may protect ourselves, our families, our children, the way we educate our children, our private property, and our religion—today, and for generations to come. #NoFeeOnGuarantee
