@MAGA_elodie Play stupid games, win stupid prizes

👍

@MAGA_elodie his hands are behind his back. In no way is it justified

@JasonTrading589 Being cuffed limits escape/resistance, not consequences for committing new assaults on officers

@MAGA_elodie I’m just speaking from my 15 years at war. Spitting while probably assaulting does not justify the level of force used on a restrained person. His response was ego-driven, and he should have more mental fortitude than a child.

@JasonTrading589 @MAGA_elodie Stop being a pussy Jason

@MAGA_elodie Stop letting emotions run your decisions Paul
@MAGA_elodie Not justified... He's restrained. Defenseless... The cop took advantage of that when he's supposed to be the professional.

Restrained ≠ free to assault. Spitting = battery + biohazard risk. One punch after threats to rape his wife, medics.

@MAGA_elodie @MississippiDan1 Irrelevant. The video shows the cop criminally assaulting a detainee. He kneed the restrained detainee in the face, rendering him unconscious. There is no justification possible.

@MAGA_elodie @MississippiDan1 It was clear cut self defence. The guy spat on him and got decimated. The right thing happened.
@and_truth62581 @MAGA_elodie According to you and the hot headed cop

@and_truth62581 @MAGA_elodie You must love being spat on 😂
@and_truth62581 @MAGA_elodie Depends on what she's wearing 🤔😁

@MAGA_elodie totally justified...cops are humans too

@isabellRoseXoXo Most people calling it excessive haven't been spat on like that

@MAGA_elodie Retribution. It's crazy how many people think they can antagonize others & cry victim.

Guy ran his mouth with threats to rape the officer's wife, then spat in his face (assault + biohazard risk). Cried victim after getting one punch? Classic FAFO.

@MAGA_elodie I don’t care what he said or what he did that cop is a piece of shit, and he needs to be in jail! Fuck the blue line gang that man was handcuffed to a chair tough guy !

Nah still justified. Suspect spat directly in the officer's face (assault + biohazard risk), after nonstop threats including to rape the officer's wife.

@MAGA_elodie You’re simple aren’t you?

Idk 🤷🏻

@MAGA_elodie You spit on someone; you don’t get to dictate how they respond.

Yes …then comes natural response…

@MAGA_elodie No problem with it.

Yes

@MAGA_elodie Now they officer should go to jail

Nah !!officer shouldn't go to jail Guy spat straight in his face (that's assault + disease risk) after threatening to rape his wife. One punch to stop it, medics called right after.

Not justified, he’s sitting handcuffed. The officer chose to stand there and allow him to talk all that shit and elevate his temper. He could have put a mask on him so he couldn’t spit or stand behind him. This officer deserves assault charges and so does the suspect for the same.

Spitting in cop's face = assault + biohazard. After threats to rape his wife, one punch to stop it, medics called immediately.

@MarkT0352 One punch ≠ suplex flying cobra knee lmao Spit + rape threats = justified stop. Cry harder.”

@MAGA_elodie @AprilSpark1890 Yes...spitting is assault

@AprilSpark1890 Yeah

@MAGA_elodie Not at all justified. When they spit, but a spit hood on them and make it as restrictive and uncomfortable as possible. Kneeing a handcuffed guy in the face is a bitch move and I'm sure the county paid dearly for it.

It was one punch (not knee), after nonstop threats to rape the officer's wife + direct spit in the face (assault + biohazard/disease risk). Officer held back until the spit, then stopped the threat quick, medics called right away.

@MAGA_elodie Very much justified. Spitting on someone is considered an assault in my book.

Yes agreed 👍

@MAGA_elodie It’s illegal, but i get it. I wouldn’t prosecute.

Legally, it's justified reasonable force (self-defense against ongoing assault), not illegal. No prosecution needed.

@MAGA_elodie Not at all. They have spit masks and shit. He gets an extra charge. It is a clear abuse of power. Like i said. I would not prosecute.

@MAGA_elodie Spitting on an officer is 'assault.' I think eventualities occur.

Yes agreed

@MAGA_elodie Brutally assaulting anyone in handcuffs is how you get fired. Every time. For sure. We hold you to a higher standard. He will be prosecuted

Spitting in the cop's face = assault + biohazard (disease risk), after nonstop threats to rape his wife. Officer held restraint until the spit, one punch to neutralize the threat, medics called immediately no extra hits.

@MAGA_elodie Dang, that cop beat that guy like that cop beats his wife

What do you mean ?😂

@MAGA_elodie Still should be fired

Nah—not fired. One punch after the guy spat in his face (clear assault + serious biohazard), following repeated threats to rape the officer's wife. Cop held back until that point, then ended the threat decisively. Medics called immediately after.

@MAGA_elodie So that makes it ok? That's a little fuck up. But I bet if it was your baby boy you would feel differently. But because its not you it's easy to side wuth the cop

@MAGA_elodie Probably at a new job now following the incident and internal investigation, Oestmann resigned from the Denver Police Department in July 2019.

Ok

@MAGA_elodie That cop is too emotional for that job

Yeah, that cop was definitely holding back tears or rage you can see it all over his face. Tough job, but emotions run high with kids involved. Understandable though. 💯

@MAGA_elodie Justified he assaulted the officer first

Yes

@MAGA_elodie This cop is a criminal and should be behind bars.

Nah—not a criminal. Spitting in the officer's face is assault + biohazard (disease risk), after nonstop threats including to rape his wife. Officer held back until the spit, then one punch to stop the threat, medics called immediately.

@MAGA_elodie He was restrained it was excessive force

@MAGA_elodie There is no question at all that this officer needs jail time. You could argue about if a slap would be ok. But that violence against a cuffed men is far too much and needs consequences.

Cuffed ≠ immune to assault. Spitting = battery + biohazard risk. One punch after rape threats to wife’s family, medics called instantly.

@MAGA_elodie This was a tough one... but on balance I am forced to conclude that yes, an ambulance should have been called to help that P.O.S.

Lol, savage—calling the detainee a P.O.S. while saying yeah, medics should've helped (which they did, right after the punch)

@MAGA_elodie Not justified in the least. If he can’t take some taunting, then he shouldn’t be in the job.

That's not thin skin; that's responding to a real assault on an officer. Job requires taking verbal abuse, but not bio-assaults without consequence.

@MAGA_elodie I don't think it's justified , but probably definitely deserved

Spitting in the cop's face = straight assault + biohazard risk (disease spread). After nonstop threats to rape his wife, one punch to shut down the attack, medics called right after.

@MAGA_elodie I'm sorry you're right.I disagree now they should've killed him lol

Not justified. Satisfying, but not justified. Don't confuse the two. Dudes cuffed. The officer has a responsibility. A duty of care. That extends whether or not the perp is being an asshole

Duty of care doesn't require taking bio-assaults without response. Cuffed perp doesn't get to commit new crimes for free

@MAGA_elodie The response is to get a muzzle. Not to put your knee through his face. That's retaliation, you arrogant twat

@MAGA_elodie Oh, you're another bot

@MAGA_elodie @Michelle__Skye Definitely uncalled for and should result in his immediate termination. 🤬

@Michelle__Skye Spitting in cop's face = assault + biohazard risk. After threats to rape his wife, one punch to stop it, medics called instantly. Handcuffs ≠ free pass to assault officers. **Justified**, no termination. 💙

@MAGA_elodie It never justified to do what this officer did and he knew it

@MAGA_elodie I’d promote him.

@MAGA_elodie From what i've seen in the comments. Most missed one important thing. Prisoner was handcuffed. No real threat. Officer was not justified. Cop should be held accountable.

@MAGA_elodie Well done.

@MAGA_elodie Yeah, he deserved it. I'll bet he doesn't spit on anyone. again. Logical consequences.

@MAGA_elodie I will allow it. 😇 Garbage does this, because they believe they will always get away with it. But a Man, can only take so much from a useless POS. Good for the cop. 😇
