Justin Fields is a perfect example of Mike Tomlin’s coaching philosophy. Pittsburgh is an organization in sync because of its head coach. We are seeing something similar in Green Bay with Malik Willis. Coach players and make them better!!!

This is the part that isn't and won't be told. Fields is finally being coached.

I've been telling people that it is an ORGANIZATIONAL failure when these scam franchises (@ChicagoBears),with grifting OWNERSHIP, throw rookie QBs out there, and expect them to play like seasoned pros. The main problem is the "fans" are in on the con.

Close. But Tomlin isn't the key. The core of the Steelers is an organizational philosophy that hasn't change at all since the day they hired Noll. Play defense, run, control the clock and draft players that fit the mold. Shiny objects don't distract Steelers management.
