Apparently talking about barrel path is controversial now… so let’s make it worse. 😂 Today’s lesson is about two things: • The plane of the pitch (high vs. low) • The direction you release the barrel (pull side, middle, or opposite field) The plane changes based on pitch height. The release direction changes based on where the pitch is located. Understanding those two things is what gives hitters adjustability instead of forcing the same swing on every pitch. Train with an expert, not an influencer.
