Left feels natural if you are reviewing damage and other changes. It gets overwhelming because of the data stats. Right is much cleaner for showcasing skins and visual as the main focus.

Right looks better. Like, no need to see stats of the moves, the purpose of the video is showcasing the moves effects, not the damage numbers.

The right is better if the intention is to show the move effects
