Kahanism is not “understanding the enemy”, it’s using racially motivated hatred to build state policy and condone the use of force on the basis of race. That’s not how you ensure security and it’s also not how you build a strong sustainable nation. A robust military campaign can never...

You are a blatant liar. Kahane did not base his argument on racial superiority but on the realpolitik that many Arabs and Muslims want only to kill all Jews and certainly eradicate them from Israel -- on the fact that compromise with this enemy is illusory. That is quite hard to argue with.

Your false portrayal of Rabbi Meir Kahane is ridiculous. Unfortunately, Arab Knesset parties are anti Israel and support Hamas.

Emily I read your background. You're seeing this through the lens of a 30 yr. old growing up in LA with limited facts. Many observant Jews feel strongly about protecting the Jewish community & Israel. We had the JDL when I grew up in LA. Everyone's entitled to their opinion.

I live in Haifa, I have Arab neighbours, friends and colleagues. Why will my children have to serve 3 yrs. in the army to protect them, but theirs won't do the same for me? Unless they don't view this country as theirs in the same way I do, if you get what that means.

With all due respect Emily, you don't understand Kahane. I'm a lot older than you, and unlike yourself, I had the honor of interacting with him dozens of times..I saw first hand what a kind humanist that he really was. Like many others, you fall for the misrepresentation that many leftists colored him with. He wasn't a racist, contrary to popular opinion. He didn't hate Arabs, he loved Jews. He understood that Arab pride couldn't be bought with indoor plumbing. He understood survival better than anyone I know, and he knew how to build a sustainable nation better than anyone else.

Guys, calm down. She just wants your racism to be a bit more subtle. Not so much in your face. Liberal PR is needed. Emily is not against the ethnic cleansing. She is a Zionist just like you. Just don’t shout openly racist slogans while doing it.

I think you’re wrong. I really like you and I appreciate your support of the Jewish people. But I am reading more about Kahane and I think you should too. Not all cultures are equal. Not all peoples are equal.

You’ve been literally defending Kahanism this whole time without realizing it 🤦‍♂️

Culture is genetic because behavior is genetic. This beaver never saw a dam in its life. No beavers or anything else ever taught it to build a dam. It wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. You cannot train dam-building into them or out of them any more than you can with a beaver. A beaver wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Whatever you see people build, that's what they wanted to build from the sticks they got in the river they were in. Stop pretending you can change it.
