Her facial expressions and laughter were her way of DESCRIBING HER OWN SITUATION. • She also talked about her own anxiety getting worse: “After this stage passed, my anxiety actually got worse, hahaha.” • She explicitly said that people with depression/anxiety can still live a normal life and talked about the stigma and rejection they can face from people around them. • She encouraged people going through similar struggles not to lose hope and explained that constantly pressuring yourself to “recover” can create even more pressure. • The clip is being taken out of context to make it look like she was laughing at people with depression, when she was actually discussing her own mental-health experience.
