If by “competence” she means Joe Biden’s ability to destroy our country.. If by “compassion” she means Joe Biden’s tendency to shower with his daughter… If by “skill” she means Joe Biden’s inability to read a teleprompter, or to speak… If by “performance” she means Joe Biden’s inability to walk upstairs, or walk downstairs, or walk on stage, or shake hands with people, or ride a bike… Then yes, Joe Biden is all of the above.
