Don't forgo Amnesty for All illegals

So, last night, Kamala said that she wants “unrealized capital gains” taxed at 25%. Which doesn’t sound horrible until you realize exactly what she means by that. That means, if you own a house and the value goes up, like they all have, you have to pay 25% of how much the value escalates of your asset. So recently, home prices have went up 30%ish. So, a $200,000 house is now worth $260,000. Of that $60,000 in equity you have, her government wants to tax you $15,000 of it. Whether you sell your house or not. If you can’t pay it, you’ll have to sell your house. Or take out a home equity loan to pay that “unrealized capital gain” to the government.
