Garbage trucks are just a cog in the garbage management system they’re not the solution - I’m skeptical about this

Can you first fix this before buying expensive equipment for nothing? Nairobians are tired of a filthy Nairobi filled with sewage, potholes and garbage. Your predecessors did not need billions to keep Nairobi clean.

Quite commendable bw.governor inawork. Hope your team won't let you down,from the CEC, managers,supervisors,to the ground team. Consider a special enforcement and public sensitisation team for areas like Eastleigh where littering is like a hobby to them.
