I am very proud to represent a thriving Jewish community in Hampstead and Highgate, especially the JW3 Centre which was recognised by the Security Minister in Parliament yesterday. The recent attacks in North West London are unforgivable. Many of my Jewish constituents are too afraid to worship, go to school, or be active members of our community. That’s why I reiterated my call for the Government to proscribe the IRGC as a terrorist organisation which is causing so much harm to the UK.

We, Iranians living in the United Kingdom, together with our British friends and allies and members of the British Jewish community, have only one clear request of the UK Government: to close the embassy of the Islamic Republic, to designate the IRGC as a terrorist organisation, and to support the Iranian nation’s hope for regime change under Shah Reza Pahlavi. It was an honour for us that one Member of Parliament had the courage to stand with us Richard Tice MP 🇬🇧 and I sincerely thank him from the bottom of my heart. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to Stop The Hate UK and OurFightUk for their support in helping organise this gathering.
