All studies indicate that while males on cross-sex hormones see a reduction in muscle size and strength, that reduction is small and does not eliminate the male advantage. Blocking puberty doesn't either, as sex differences in athletic performance exist prior to puberty. I'll take that $1,000 bet. I hope Piers Morgan will consider having me on to discuss this.
