I know exactly what the intent was here. This is not some crazy Karen. This is what you call a "settlement citizen" and they are rampant. The objective is to F with drivers they know are triple insured. Delivery drivers are their main target. The goal is to enrage the driver so much that he actually pushes them with the car and they have it all on video, minus the preceding part. Their injury atty shows it to Amazon and they automatically get the 25K insurance settlement, no judge or court involved. This is what our country has become, and these are the kinds of people who have brought us to this level. Personal injury leeches survive off this and that is why we have so many. A woman like her can make hundreds of thousands of dollars doing this because in some states like CA, insurance companies will always settle regardless of whether they know the act is intentional because, in CA courts, the odds are stacked against the companies. Which is why insurance is so high in CA and other states that dont do anything to stop this nonsense. Professional suing is a lucrative career for many, and its only in America.
