When I managed a pharmacy I had a customer just like her. As soon as she started demanding special treatment I immediately told her to either get in line like everyone else or tell me what pharmacy she wanted me to transfer her prescriptions to.

Someone tell me what happened to common courtesy. It’s like I woke up after 70 years and society has lost their rules of behaviour. Is it something in the water?

Everyone knows how to take a video of a bad situation, but nobody has the capacity and willingness to resolve problems. I’m guessing the big guy in the red shirt standing there like a bump on a log as a crazy woman harassed his customers and employees was a manager. If so, he should have stepped in immediately and dealt with the lady. Evena customer with a little bit of leadership ability could have helped. Video evidence can be helpful but when everyone is standing there with their phones they’re not helping, they’re just getting content to post for their own benefit.

CVS did that new system upgrade and it’s a pain in the rear. I can understand her frustration, however, she really could work on her rudeness.

Do you know what I think is messed up? The woman filming it. She is literally at the counter, making her transaction yet she still has her phone on the other woman. No one knows what that old woman is going through. Or the medication is.

The way the pharmacy employees allowed her to be disrespectful to the other customers is unacceptable. She should have been pulled aside and told her behavior needs to change or she would be refused service. Crazy Bitch!

To be fair, CVS now has these screens that you have to fill out before getting your prescriptions and it sucks for elderly people. Not saying this woman isnt nuts.
