I'll never understand why people think they're so in the right on an issue that they will go on someone else property, and touch their stuff.

The law is usually pretty specific that you have to drain a pool into the street or a storm drain. I had a neighbor backwash into their yard which turned mine into a swamp. Nicely asked them to run it to the street and never had a problem again.

Chlorinated water must be mixed with used motor oil to safely drain it in the storm drains.

For everyone saying its illegal to dump chlorinated water in a storm drain....just wait a few days and poof!! Chlorine dissipates and disappears and its safe to dump.

It takes less than a week for the chlorinated water to burn it off, so everyone needs to stop assuming that there's chlorine in it.

To legally and safely dispose of chlorinated pool water via storm drains, you have to neutralize it by mixing it with used motor oil first.

If the pool guy treated the pool with dechlorinator, or it’s been sitting long enough, it’s fine to go in the storm drain, or the lawn, or the flowerbeds. Either way, there’s something missing from this interaction cause I think that’s her home and she hired those guys.

If I'm not mistaken, that's her pool and they're on her property. It looks like the guys are mad because she's draining her pool onto her lawn, so they keep going on her property and moving her hose to the storm drain.

It's not difficult to allow the chlorine in your pool to dissipate so that's it's basically non existent and let it pour into the corner of your driveway/street where it goes down the storm drain.
