For more context, this dude did an absolutely terrible job building this. It's lucky it didn't just fall over. If anything, him being butt hurt and ripping it apart is saving the owner money. Don't pay for shitty work.

I don't know why she isn't paying him. But he supported these 4x4s with nothing on the back side(sitting on the grass) and with a rock on the front. There are also missing support beams underneath. Horrible Karen, and horrendous workmanship. These people deserve each other.

This is a hack job. There is no way that it meets code. She is free to tell the contractor to stop work on her property, he can file a lein on the property if he wants, it's something for the court to settle. He has no right to enter her property and destroy the work that has been completed.

Why would she give him the job without checking if he was licensed first? She was totally trying to cut corners with price. Now she got trashy work & doesn't want to pay up. She's definitely a Karen. The guy also should not lie when it comes to things he can build. Both are wrong
