As much looking around as she is doing, I'd disarm her and force-feed her bullets to her or blow her head off with the one I have that she can't see. Either way, it ends badly. Assume that if someone pulls a weapon, they intend to use it and move accordingly.

I actually don't know the background to this, but the body language and stance of the woman with the gun suggests to me that she wants to de-escalate a situation, and, although she's the one with the gun drawn, she's giving defensive, not offensive vibes here.
