Karina openly apologized and clarified about her jacket and insta post 💙: But recently there was a bit of an issue and bcs of that I started wishing not just for myself but for everyone around me to live peacefully without any trouble. I honestly had no such intention... at all so I really wanted to talk about it. And I felt really sorry about that. I just wanted to say that I’m truly sorry for causing concern to our fans and so many others people. I really want to say sorry. I remember going out with the staff on a chilly day, buying an outer layer, posting on social media to communicate with fans and then getting contacted and having to delete it. All of that made me realize how ignorant I was. Even if I was abroad, it was still something I should have known and been aware of. So it really made me feel like I need to be more aware and study these things more deeply. I think it’s true that I was just very ignorant. Even though Jongho and I are close, that’s beside the point. The closer you are to someone, the more you should be considerate. But because I thought, “Ah, we’re close,” I just lightly said, “Oh, his birthday passed already,” in a joking way… and I’ve been thinking about that. I think my wording yesterday was quite strong. You don’t have to unconditionally hold me or comfort me. Really, it’s okay. I’m really okay. I mean it. But still… when I think that my words might have hurt you, it doesn’t matter how I am. It just keeps coming to mind, over and over. Honestly… it’s true that my wording was strong. I think I was too excited, too comfortable - maybe I got carried away. The words themselves came out too harsh, and I regret that. And I want to be clear - I never, ever meant something like “mokie jolida/being/to choked” toward you guys. It was just something I said lightly, the kind of thing friends might say to each other. But still… when I thought about it later, just the fact that you had to hear those words made my heart feel uneasy. All through last night, I kept thinking, “Maybe… maybe I shouldn’t have said something like that.” Words with that kind of negative tone - I really shouldn’t say them. I wasn’t thinking clearly. And, because my family is really, really close - my mom and dad are both very warm (hearted) people, and my noona/older sister sometimes calls me “oppa” in a cute, teasing way. But I guess I got too carried away and just said it without thinking… Still, one thing I can say for sure - and I’m not just saying this - in our family, my noona/sister is my noona/sister. Truly. Even though I said it jokingly, now I realize that it was inappropriate, so I’ll be more careful from now on. The reason I wanted to talk to you like this is because, even if it’s just a small thing, when I do something wrong, I want to say it right away. I really want to. And if I do something wrong, I want you to tell me. Because I’m ignorant about some things. There are many things I still don’t know. So sometimes I make mistakes. I hope you can tell me comfortably. I kept thinking about when I should do this live - I thought, in the morning some people have work, some people are busy - and after thinking about it, I decided to come now, because I really wanted to tell you this. Of course, everyone feels things differently. Depending on how someone interprets it, it can feel different. But at least for me - if I look back objectively and realize that what I did wasn’t right, I want to admit it. I was the one at fault, so I should admit it. ⛰️ I think I was standing for almost half of the flight time. Since I’ve just been dancing continuously from when I was young and doing things like that*, my body isn’t really in good condition. But now, since the situation was such that I had to keep going anyway, I told the flight attendant, “I’m sorry, but would it be okay if I stand for a bit?” ⛰️ When I say it like this, it sounds like I’m making a show of it, but I just wanted to tell you how much it meant to me/how sincere I was about it. 🦊 i finished wrapping up first my solo recently and as words from people around me started influencing me, it really stressed me out and it really started swaying my identity as a person…i was really burnt out for 3 months 🦊 i used to be someone that told people everything when i was going through a hard time like “i’m going through a tough time right now” but i don’t know when it started, but i couldn’t get myself to tell people around me anymore 👤 i wonder why? was it out of consideration for them? 🦊 that could be why…and i also felt like i needed to learn how to overcome things myself 🦊 i didn’t say anything to anyone and was going through it myself…then i thought about namjoon hyung so i went to him and asked him a lot of questions and one of the things he said to me was that he hopes i face the things that make me uncomfortable 🦊 i had conflicts with soobin and we had awkward phases but i wanted to erase all of these things one by one and i feel like there were also a lot of things that i had been misunderstanding, coming to think of it now…so i went up to soobin first and said “hey, let’s go get a drink”

Mark's full statement regarding the recent issue : Before we actually get into the music though, there have been some things that I wanted to say to you guys directly. It spent on my mind and I just felt like I had to get this off my chest and so I just felt like I had to turn this live on on and to really just tell you guys how we felt regarding the T-shirt with the confederate flag on it, I am aware of the pain that it brought to a lot of people, especially to my black fans, to the Black community and I should have, I am very responsible for it, but I really wanted to directly tell you guys that it really wasn't my intention with me knowing the meaning of the flag, the historical significance of it, it really shouldn't have happened. And it really does not reflect who I am as a person. But seeing so many fans being hurt by it, it really hurt me as well. I had no intention knowing the meaning of the flag, and I should have, there are no excuses to that. But I just wanted to promise you guys directly that something like that will never happen again with me and my whole team we have made, we have taken steps to make sure that something like that doesn't happen, but I just, and I know that a lot of people have been waiting for me to kind of address this directly and I've been sitting on this for a while and I really wanted to get this off my chest and so I thought today was at the right time for me to tell you guys. It really breaks my heart to think that maybe the trust has been broken, but I promise you that I'll make it up to you guys, just with my actions and with my music. I'll make sure to make it up to you guys if you will allow me to have one more chance. I'll try my best to get and so once again I truly would like to apologize for the pain that that picture is brought to a lot of people and I promise to educate myself more on that matter as well. When I first heard about it, actually I read about it, I was shocked and we and our entire team made sure that it wasn't on any official content but the picture got leaked. #SEONGHWA about walking the runway for SONGZIO today 🩶 ⭐️: Anyway, what I really wanted to say today is that, honestly, walking the runway has always felt like a dream to me. And now, counting this time I’ve done it three times in total, now twice with SONGZIO, which is a brand I really lov, so it made this an even more meaningful time for me. It was such a meaningful experience. While getting ready backstage, all the models were just incredibly cool.. really, so cool. Seeing them gave me a lot of courage and watching how the staff worked was very inspiring as well. In a way it kind of reminded me of ATEEZ in our earlier days, everyone felt close like a family and it was really nice to see. Yes, I learned a lot and felt a lot through this experience. Last time I was only focused on the runway itself, but this time I think I was able to see things more broadly. I think I saw the whole thing with a broader perspective, I learned and felt things. It was truly so much fun. And in those moments I really felt like I was the main character, I really had fun. Originally, during rehearsal, I was second to last. But the CEO started at the very end, and after I finished, I was waiting like this and I was supposed to go in around the final turn. Then suddenly, he changed the positions. So, unexpectedly, I ended up even doing the finale, and it felt so thrilling. At the same time though I worried whether I might somehow be kind of a burden among such amazing models so that (thought) made me study and practice even more. Even though I personally feel there are still many ways I’m lacking, I also found myself thinking that maybe I was able to be part of the story these people were writing through fashion. ⭐️: I honestly spent so much time thinking about it. At first, I kept wondering if it was the right choice. Every time I looked in the mirror, it felt unfamiliar and a little awkward. And I think there are certain shades of blonde that suit me, and others that just don’t feel like me. But I really, really thought about it a lot. On top of that, there were times when I was out and about and had to deal with some not-so-great reactions because of it, so I had a lot of worries. I kept going back and forth in my head. When I wore that outfit for the music show performance, I actually couldn’t sleep at all the night before. I had so many thoughts and worries that I was basically fighting with myself. My mood was really bad that day. But even though my body felt like it weighed a ton, I dragged myself to the music show and did it. And while I was there, I was still battling with myself, thinking, “Is this really right? Am I just too stuck in my own perspective to see it clearly? Maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t get it.” But at the same time, I kept telling myself, “We already filmed the music video like this. This is something I have to commit to.” So I went on stage. I was honestly feeling really down that day. I had almost no confidence in myself. But later on, seeing that so many people understood it and liked it made me realise that maybe it wasn’t completely the wrong choice after all. That said, my favourite hairstyle on myself is still black hair. So today, I got my hair and makeup done, looked in the mirror, and thought, “I need to go live.” So here I am.

🐰: i feel so sorry that i couldn’t go to the music shows this time. i’m really sorry. actually, i even feel sorry for saying that I’m sorry. really… i actually planned to go to all the music shows. i really wanted to go to all of them. and, you know, dino is the kind of younger brother who always comes whenever we have music-show promotions. so knowing how grateful i am for that... and he really worked so hard preparing this album 🐰: he had so many things to worry about, and he went through a lot of stress… i knew that, so i i really thought, ‘i have to go support him. i really have to go’. but there were more overlaps with the things i had to do than i expected 🐰: so i said, ‘chan, send me the schedule. let me see the schedule’, and… it seemed like the time for would work the best. but on the exact day of , i had something scheduled at around 11. i went to the shop, and then another schedule came up. there was something i had to do… 🐰: i mean, if i went there in the early morning and came back, i could go, i could… but… this is an excuse, i know i’m making excuses right now… i felt like it might interfere with things a little, so i thought, ‘then i should go to’. but honestly, i didn’t know that was… well, i didn’t know that the thing was a live broadcast. so right after that recording ended, i asked the manager, ‘manager, what time is the pre-recording tomorrow?’ and he said, ‘tomorrow is’ 🐰: he said, ‘so there’s only the 10 am run-through.’ and that’s when i thought, ‘oh, crap.’ so i immediately called dino… well, i called him first, but he didn’t answer, so i left him a text. i said, ‘dino, i just found out that there isn’t an pre-recording. i’m sorry. i was going to go during, but i had this schedule… so i was going to go to instead, but i couldn’t go. i’m really sorry’ 🐰: then chan called me back later because he couldn’t answer before, and he said, 🦦: hyung, i’m really grateful just for the thought 🐰: and i felt so sorry 🐰: so for the concert, i’m planning to go on both the first and second days… i have something else on the third day, so i can’t go that day… but i’m going to go on both the first and second days oh my god, to think dokyeom has been thinking about this all the time 😭

I looked at the screen I could see signs with "Becky" written on them, lightsticks, banners, posters it was all so sweet. Hearing everyone cheering for me made me feel better, give me some comfort. But I was still like "Oh so nervous" B: I remember practicing a little bit of Korean in the room before the event because I really wanted to say something to the fans. 🐰 You’re saying you only listen to “BAD”? I like that. Things have been going really well lately, so I’ve been feeling happy. There are so many people recognizing us, so many people congratulating us too, and I think these days have been something I’m really grateful for. I’m also the type of person who believes in finding what I can do and doing that. So I kept thinking about what it is that I can do, and I figured I should just work hard filming challenges. I reached out to people here and there to film challenges too, and even when I’m tired, I just want to help somehow, so I’ve been working hard. I wonder if it was of any help? Even if it helped just a little, then that’s enough. 🐰 And there was a time when I was like that too. I really wanted to film a challenge with a sunbaemin I admired so much, so on my day off I got my hair and makeup done, went to the broadcasting station, even bought a gift, and went there. That one thing became such an incredibly good memory for me. And at that time, that sunbaemin also said a lot of kind things to me, and seeing it develop into a good relationship made me think, “Someday, if I’m able to, I should do that too.” I still don’t know whether I can be of that much help, but if that’s something meaningful for those people, then I’ll do everything within what I’m able to do. Because I know that feeling so well. I’m so grateful for that sincerity. But how could I possibly refuse that? I just do all of them. And if I’m going to do them anyway, I also want to do their challenges too, but I’m really slow at learning choreography… Even when we’re learning our own songs, it takes me a really long time. 🦊 first of all, if i talk about that time.. i honestly couldn’t imagine that so many people would come but while i was getting my hair and makeup done, i heard from a staff that people were starting to gather at the store. so i was like “really?” then they showed me a photo and there were so many people. even during that time, the floor are was totally packed so i was like “what? this many people came?” at first i couldn’t believe it but by the time i arrived, there were really so many people 🦊 at first, i was like “even if people come, how many people could it really be?” i was honestly thinking like that. but there were really so many people that i was really shocked 🦊 the cheers were so loud. you know like when it’s that loud, you can’t even hear anything. there was a kind of ringing like “ting~” 🦊 so i was like “whoa” i keep going “whoa whoa” while greeting everyone. i came in like that 🦊 i was really surprised that time and it’s been a long time since i felt something like that

250928 #HAECHAN #해찬 WEVERSE LIVE 🐻: while i was preparing for this album, i honestly didn’t want to go out on too many external contents. but since i had to, i picked them myself like ones with people i knew, or things i was more comfortable with. i thought at least one performance content had to be there, and another where i could talk about the music, so in the end I just did about three. i never really said this before, but i know it must’ve felt lacking for you guys, and i also know a lot of you were upset with the company. but… saying it was because of time, that’s just an excuse. if i really wanted, i could’ve done more. i guess i just don’t have that much greed for those things. of course, i know you might feel differently, but i told the company i’d take care of whatever schedule they set, and that’s just how it ended up. honestly, i just really wanted to focus on the album itself. 🫳🐻
