When you vows to do 24/7 declassification and transparency/truth then that will eventually end up with full disclosure/declassification since things may go out of hand. part of the small names will blow the whistle on BIG names. Kash Patel also vows to dismantle the two-tier justice system. If you just do partial disclosure/declassification then you fall into that two-tier justice scenario.
