Everyone Lesson New fraud started by @irctc when you start booking train ticket and choose berth they will not going to tell that seat is not Available they debit money but not booked any tickets and whenever you called him for refund It will take 7 days And earn interest.
And @IRCTCofficial all time money will debit but not booked any ticket without giving any reason.this is New fraud started be careful

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia In many ticketless travel cases, handwritten receipts are still being issued. This leads to revenue leakage and corruption. Please make EFT/UTS printed receipts mandatory and ensure strictb monitoring. Passenger trust and railway revenue both matter.

I had canceled the train ticket booked through IRCTC app on 16 November 2025, its refund has not been given till date even till 18 December 25. Even after filing a complaint on a query on 14 December 2025, no action has been taken yet.

due to the delay of train no 06510 danapur to Bengaluru .Due to excessive delay( 6 hour) and improper time management of the train .iam unable to reach my destination on time I humbly request you to look into this matterand take necessary action today( 18/12/25)
I cancelled my tickets on 30th October 2025,m. However, it has now been 2 months, and I still haven’t received the refund.IRCT has 50,000 pending transactions and are able to process only 300 per day, which means it may take another 3 months to receive my refund.

Your customer services are horrible. They used to simply drop calls. One of Worst. I couldn't get a refund for my cancelled ticket even after two months despite raising 03 queries. They used to make repeated replies and do nothing. The latest concern ID is 791227213196644154.

The Big indian tatkal ticket drama is at its apex ..today I booked a tatkal ticked amount deducted but ticket not booked . After few mintues status ..Failed.but amount still not refunded. SO I am unable to try again for booking seats are still available.
Totally show off, IRCTC should work here. On improving their service. I don't even know what is coachID. But the error showing me coachID must be alphanumeric. Like It was my fault.
