The Maryland Office of the Attorney General released body-camera footage from a June 9 police pursuit that ended in a fatal collision in Belcamp along Route 40, and identified the man who died as 45-year-old Tremayne Murphy of Edgewood. Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said in June that Murphy fled from deputies after they attempted to stop him for a suspected drug transaction they observed on Meadowood Drive in Edgewood.

NAMIBIAN DRUG MULE WHO SWALLOWED BULLETS OF SUSPECTED DRUGS ARRESTED AT OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT A 30-year-old female Namibian drug mule has been arrested at the OR Tambo International Airport. This is the tenth drug mule to be arrested at this Airport in the past two months. SAPS, SARS custom, and immigration officials were following up on intelligence from SAPS of a drug mule that would land from Sau Paulo at about 07:25. The team immediately intercepted the drug mule as she was making her way through immigration. She was immediately arrested, taken to a local hospital where a medical x-ray confirmed and detected foreign objects in her stomach. The process to release the suspected drugs from her body is underway. She has already released more than 60 bullets of suspected cocaine thus far. She is currently under police guard and custody. The value of the drugs cannot be determined at this stage as the process to release all suspected drugs from the suspects body may take some time. The National Commissioner of the South African Police Service (SAPS), General Fannie Masemola has applauded the vigilance of the multidisciplinary team working tirelessly to clampdown on criminality at the OR TAMBO International Airport. “Our men and women in blue are hard at work intercepting hardened criminals. Missing, fabricated police reports concerning Duterte drug deaths. Possible systematic cover-up. In one of the most shocking revelations concerning the Duterte Drug War, Philippine Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla confirmed to the Senate that when the Marcos administration attempted to investigate the deaths under the Duterte drug war, they were met with difficulty due to a lack of pertinent records and necessary evidence. This included incomplete police ballistics reports, incomplete police precinct reports and unreported anomalous deaths under the Duterte Drug War. The DOJ under Marcos consulted Dra. Raquel Fortun, one of the country’s few forensic pathologists, who found evidence of execution-style killings among EJK victims. Remulla said that in one case Fortun investigated, the death certificate listed cardiac arrest as the cause of death. However, the autopsy revealed bullet holes in the skull. “The difficulty that we had from 2022 is that in wrongful deaths in the country, where something foul was suspected, there were no police reports. As a matter of practice, there were no police reports in wrongful death situations,” he said. He also noted that 95% of wrongful deaths had no police reports. The DOJ Secretary said there was a slowdown in case filings, particularly in Davao—the hometown of the Dutertes, where the families of drug war victims were met with stonewalling and inaction in local Mindanao courts.
