Just the start. 2.4 billion transactions were mostly plain transfers on a 10 BPS proof-of-work base layer. Toccata only went live at the end of June, so covenants, on-chain ZK checks, and based apps are still in the first inning. The next leg is not another empty counter. It is the same pipe carrying state.
