What a Kaspa covenant actually does A normal Bitcoin-style output asks one question when you spend it: did you sign this. A covenant adds a second question. Where are you sending it. That's the whole idea. The rule travels with the coin, so you can build a vault that only pays out to your own cold address, or escrow nobody can redirect.
