I happened to watch this podcast. Despite its great insights and pertinent issues around mental health, I found some of the content from the guest totally misleading, especially for BIBLE-BELIEVING CHRISTIANS. You must have discernment, because not everything you hear is gospel truth. He suggested that the antidote to a bad marriage is violence (where he had to forcefully open the door), divorce, and cheating (that he got his friend other girls to spend time with apart from his wife). He further suggested that one way to overcome depression or mental health issues is indulging oneself in sexual activities (not in the context of marriage). In the world's view, he makes a lot of sense, but to every person who seeks to be morally upright and who desires to walk faithfully with the Lord, these ideas are quite misleading. The Bible says, "Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing, and perfect will" (Romans 12:2). Also, Philippians tells us to focus on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable, rather than the content of the world (Philippians 4:8).
