Reading Kathleen's book told me such a lot. We'd seen the play 'Kitty' in Dublin. I'd known a bit about the Rising before then, but I've learned so much since then: the Famine, the Black and Tans, the Civil War... A lot still to learn, but Kathleen was the key!
