I don’t think this lady understands what Mamkhize is saying. Business forums are not always extortionists. They can be local business asking to be sub-contractors and this is what Makhize is referring to.

it’s easy for MaMkhize to say this because she just goes to the Gov and demands more money for her projects. They give it to her because she is connected. Imagine a non-connected contractor having to pay these mafias, it won’t be that easy!

Listening to mamkhize statement I think the Mafia words was is incorrect used but construction forums is the correct word. Which are lower standard hence why she brings them on board and works with them to upgrade their experience.

I think if you're not in the industry you won't understand, cos I get what Mankhize was saying. These people are not entirely extortionist, some want a stake in the pie, so big companies basically sub contract some work to them that's all if you don't agree that's where you fight

I agree with MaMkhize though. She's talking about upcoming businesses not extortionists. Vele they need to be involved in the community projects to grow and get experience

The fake accent & sarcasm are a big turn-off. Typical of self appointed expert, shooting from the hip without objective insight into the matter. MaMkhize has a point, @least she has "incubated" some who needed help, while these criticize without solutions.
