KATONGA BRIDGE, along Kampala-Masaka Highway. 🛜STATUS: Nearing Completion.

@MoWT_Uganda ,Bridges in this modern world are not only roads that simply allow Vehicles etc to pass ,they are a marvel of Engineering Prowess & Tourist Attractions Imagine famous Bridges around the world featuring in Tourism Packages & people travel just to drive over and see

The worst ministry i can say Just that short bridge and takes your more than 5years and that’s why you take more than 15years still on the same road

Seriously!! This is small and below expectations, according to the flow of traffic here.

Why do we construct Narrow bridges in uganda...... 5 years down the road and we will need more money to widen that bridge 🤦‍♂️

If I were to vote for the ministry of year, it would be @MoWT_Uganda Yesterday I was walking through those ends of Nsambya around the arena mall, you may think it was the USA but fortunately I remembered I'm in Uganda. Kuddos to the ministry of works and transport.

How about sezibwa.. Almost 4yrs now

Ssezibwa bridge is advancing in construction. Completion is expected by close of this year. Fingers crossed!🙏🏾

One ought to have expected that since this shall be a permanent solution to last well over 50 years (some folks have quoted 100 years) and lying on the main national Highway, the design would have been meticulous and futuristic, with a bear minimum of four lanes! But alas!

This project only consumed pocket money in comparison to the billions of dollars that gets swindled each year. Last year they swindled $5.2-6.4 billions which we earned from selling gold alone. This regime has nothing else to offer. The old man needs to go and retire.
