She results to a drastic measure in order to get her suv out of the garage, she will hold the garage door open while her 9 year old drives her suv and backs it out of the garage. For the life of her, every time she turns it and tried to open the the door, it wouldn’t open. She assumes it’s broken, calls the landlord who then questions her if she’s American. He says he will get to it in the morning, in the meantime she has to check into a hotel. She wants a refund for the night she couldn’t stay there but he’s refusing and claiming it’s user error.
