Don’t agree. Even though my hometown is a small city, the present day expenses for a lower middle class family is way more in excess of 35-45k per month. Not to talk of cities like Chandigarh, where the basic monthly expenses are even more close to 55-60k for lower middle class.

You don't know the exact situation when all your friends are out of town and making a good amount but still you're in your hometown taking less. Based on the situation everything hits different
