Kayes blockade is still ongoing, JNIM targeted construction vehicles and equipment on the Kayes-Bamako axis today, this coincides with the Kayes region extending the security curfew for another 30 days, entering it's 3rd month of blockade.

Tuareg JNIM militant and his unit on the road between Kita and Bamako, they seem to be patrolling while trucks pass by unbothered, this is new evidence of significant reinforcements mobilized by JNIM from northern Mali to the west to enforce the ongoing fuel blockade.

#Mali As seen in the latest convoy to reach Bamako ( the government is acquiring numerous fuel tankers alongside military vehicles to help the army break the JNIM blockade. In this video, the convoy of tankers can be clearly seen. However, in the recent attack east of Niono, these fuel tankers were also targeted.

The Syrian Government has closed off the highway leading from SDF held Raqqah region to Aleppo - the blockade started overnight and former SNA commander Shaqra is enforcing the blockade. Officially the STG is stating that unspecified security concerns are the reason for the blockade- however, this is just another scheme to apply pressure on the SDF&AANES, blocking goods from entering and exiting the AANES, they’re blocking trade and cause disruptions to civilians travelling inbetween the AANES and STG

" Regarding the seige of Bamako, many citizens have contacted us complaining about difficulties. We therefore allow exceptions for medical cases. Patients needing treatment can move in and out of Bamako. They just need to accept the checks at our positions."
