No resident of Isapa was abducted during the incident. When the bandits invaded the community, they were confronted by the local vigilante team. The bandits shot repeatedly at one of the vigilante members, but the bullets did not penetrate him. That is the vigilante man in the video The resistance by the vigilante caused the bandits to retreat in fear. As they fled through Eruku, the fleeing bandits encountered some Hausa individuals and a woman, whom they abducted in an attempt to claim a false sense of victory. Journalists or media organisation should always do their due diligence and exercise greater responsibility in their reporting. Kabba is trending because this afternoon Fulani terrorists laid ambush for buses on Osokoko–Obajana road in Kogi, targeted two buses, one escaped but the other didn’t. All 18 passengers including the driver were abducted into the forest. Soldiers and vigilantes immediately mobilized and asked the travellers to drive behind the military Hilux. As they arrived, with the vigilantes arriving in fast bikes, a heavy gun fight began and lasted for nearly 1hr. Witnesses as of now are still traumatized as they can still hear echos of the gunshots. Because the bandits had mounted road blocks with intent to harvest as many travellers as possible, some alleged that they operated for nearly 4hrs before soldiers and vigilantes arrived. The soldiers suppressed the terrorists and allegedly killed four of them and rescued eight people. According to a traumatized eye witness, some locals died from stray bullet, including an old farmer. Traffic was at a halt, until soldiers repelled the bandits and cleared the road for civilians. The extent of casualties is yet to be ascertained, as authorities are yet to release a statement. Hausa Must Go - Benin People Insist Enforcement of an eviction notice served to the Hausa community around the Aduwawa bypass, Benin-Auchi expressway, Ikpoba-Okha LGA, Edo state turned bloody on Monday. According to eyewitness accounts, one of the Hausa residents who were out to resist the demolition exercise lost his life in unclear circumstances. While some accounts state that the man was killed when he tried to withstand the bulldozer demolishing the structures, others claim he was knocked down by a trailer passing through the expressway during the exercise. Dear Nigeria Police Force Nigerian Army Department of State Services (DSS) Nuhu Ribadu There is an ongoing attack on Hausa Muslims, those doing menial jobs in Port Harcourt, and allegedly championed not by the indigenous Ekwerre people, but by Igbos in Port Harcourt. In as much as I always condemn the rate at which young Hausa boys flood some southern states doing menial jobs (of course due to the failure of the north and its leaders to provide them quality education), as Nigerians they have the right to live anywhere. According to some sources, an Igbo boy snatched the motorcycle of one Hausa Okada rider, and when they recovered the stolen motorcycle, they beat the thief to a pulp. Some said he died in the hospital. The Okada riders have complained that several of their members were killed along that Eleme Junction and their motorcycle stolen. So this time, they took laws into their hands. This is condemnable. It was after such altercations that some Igbos living in that area went in rampage, destroying properties of Hausa people & protesting that "Aboki Must Go". We call on the authorities to intervene ASAP. As always, I remind those that are quick to attack other tribes living in the midst that, your own tribesmen are also living in other areas, and nobody has the monopoly of the madness you're displaying. The law should take its cause and those criminals should be arrested from those that took laws in their hands to those that went on ramoag attacking innocent Hausa people doing their business in Port Harcourt.

All of the Christian communities in Nigeria’s Middle Belt that are deserted have been kept desolate by the Islamists using this very tactic. They attack and kill as many as they can. They do not occupy the communities immediately, but leave behind their scouts (usually younger and harmless looking herders). These scouts update the Islamist fighters of any activities suspected to be attempts by the Christians to return home. The videos here are from communities in Apa, Benue State in 2024. A group of women who got tired of the deplorable circumstances of living in IDP camps attempted to go home to get some food. It took the a lot of bravery from volunteers and the military to reach them from behind enemy line.

#Hyderabad--- Students of #CMR engineering girls hostel on Wednesday staged a protest raising slogans of "We want justice", alleging that videos of them in bathrooms were recorded by the hostel cooking staff in their cell phones. Upon receiving information about the incident, student unions rushed to the spot and extended their solidarity to the protest taken by the girl students. The local police said that they would register a case following the complaints from the #students and launch a probe on the issue.

Today, in my capacity as the President of NANS, I led all the structures of NANS, including sister unions, NAUS, NAPS, NANCES and NFSAN to the Community High school, Ahoro-Esiele, and Yawato community in Orire Local Government area of Oyo state, where we visited the scenes where our students and teachers were abducted. Going forward, we met with the King, some of the families of the victims, and parents in the communities of Ahoro-Esiele and Yawato communities. Furthermore, we assured them of our solidarity and support for them in this time of trouble and grief. Subsequently, we assured them that we are constantly calling on the government to ensure the immediate rescue and safe return of the abducted students and teachers. Conclusively, I assured all Nigerian Students that as far as I remain their President, I will continue to protect their interest.
