Here’s a short clip of me at my camp in KC last weekend discussing an important key to being on time when receiving. Watch to the end to see examples of what I’m explaining… Stiff and stagnant targets lead to lost strikes and passed balls. A relaxed body is a quick body.

Pat Bryant cutup vs. Rutgers -Handles press and physicality from DBs early in his routes very well. A much needed skillset for Denver's receiver room -Willing blocker and rub route runner. Not afraid to throw his weight into a defender. -Plus body control at the catch point -Should've had a 200+ yard game, but not the best QB play -Good separator in quick game, doesn't have the speed to break away on downfield routes
