I’m not quite as high on Concepcion but he is my WR3 among the rookies.

My opinion on KC Concepcion: -Ceiling is Zay Flowers -Floor is Hollywood Brown -Likely middle ground is Jayden Reed I think he will flash some Fantasy Value here & there, but long term I don’t see him as a Consistent Asset. I’d value him in that Jayden Reed range (2.01-2.03)
