How do you even pick one up they're as skittish as fruit flies

This one was on the ground and i nudged em onto my finger. Maybe they were stunned?

Because I’m chill like that. Also I’ve cusped them into a ball before and they’ve calmed down after a bit when I opened my hand. Just a matter of luck I suppose
