If a person is killed under H&S Law the Managers / Directors can be held Personally responsible for their actions or inactions and Policy failures, the Heads of this Police Force must be held Criminally Responsible because it was reasonably foreseeable that their Policies would cause such an entirely catestrophic failure.

What really really gets me from the reports I read is that it took Henry over an hour to die. ONE HOUR Then when the police arrived he must have thought thank God the police are here! Please help me. And what did they do? Dragged him across the ground, handcuffed him, arrested him and IGNORED his pleas for help. It’s shocking, it’s sickening, it guts me 😭

I can't watch the footage because it makes me too sad. But from the clips I realized a heart wrenching aspect of it all - even as he is dying, Henry is still respectful enough to allow the police to cuff him. Try comparing that to Fentanyl Floyd.
