American shares some major cost savings being done by DOGE that most people aren’t aware of It’s called overlap and rework jobs and it’s something Elon Musk is eliminating in Government. He explains: “When I worked at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, we had something called rework. It was something we tried to avoid. We didn't like to overlap jobs. If you, and of course, if you did something, you were supposed to do it right the first time. And you didn't want somebody to have to come back and do it again. That's what another thing DOGE is doing They are looking all over the place for places where we're, there's a redundancy in governmental work where somebody's doing the same job as somebody else and they're doing it over and over and over again. They're getting rid of that too. So there's a lot of savings that are happening that we don't even know about. They're finding a lot of money, but there's a whole lot of other stuff that's going on too. It's really good to hear.”
