The people who swarm your tents to attack you seem to have little understanding or respect for that connection to the past, whether their own or anyone else's. And I believe that's part of why they show such hostility toward Western history, culture, and heritage. My Great grandfather was also a 1st class stoker in the Royal Navy, he died at sea and I recently found out he has a WW1 memorial in Egypt which I intend to visit soon 🫡🇬🇧
