Jennifer McCabe testified that when her, Karen Read, and Kerry Roberts arrived back at John's house before they found his body, that Karen pointed out in John's driveway that she had a cracked tail light. She said that Karen was screaming and directed their attention to the back right tail light, that Jen saw missing pieces of tail light, that Kerry was screaming back at Karen and telling her she was crazy. Shortly after that Adam Lally played surveillance video of the incident in question and it revealed that Jen was lying about all of this.

I don’t do formal endorsements but Harman Bhangu is solid and has always been against child transition. As virtually every adult with any moral fortitude is. Why didn’t Kerry-Lynne Findlay listen to Lisa Bildy when she testified about Bill C-6? Kerry-Lynn Findlay was one of only 3 Conservatives who sat on the committee listening to all of the testimonies. She knew exactly what she was voting for when she voted to criminalize anyone who tries to help a trans-identified child to feel at peace with his or her sex. I spoke with Kerry-Lynn Findlay after that vote. I ran into her in the parking lot of Save-on Foods. We live in the same area and she was my representative. She told me, and I have audio of it, that she probably should have voted against it, but you know. It’s one of those things. She went on to vote for Bill C-4, the virtually identical bill. (C-6 was cancelled when the 2021 election was called. It had already passed the House, but the Senate hadn’t yet voted. It came back as C-4.) In other words, Kerry-Lynn Findlay is a politician. Not a truth-teller. British Columbians don’t need yet another politician.

EXPOSING JEN MCCABE’S 2:27AM SEARCH 🧵A thread🧵 Proof she’s lying. No computer expert necessary. ADA Adam Lally asks Jen McCabe about when & why she made those Google searches at the scene in the morning. The video footage proves that Jen McCabe’s entire story about #KarenRead purportedly asking her to Google “hos long to die in cold” is a lie because it never happened. Jen claims Karen asked her to make those Google searches while the first responders are moving #JohnOKeefe’s body from the ground to the ambulance, which is interesting because her story starts out with them (her & Karen) seated in the back of a Police cruiser, so it’s unclear how they magically teleported from there to standing outside. As you’ll also see in the attached footage, it’s clear Jen & Karen are outside the entirety of the time leading up to when Jen claims this happened, removing the possibility that they could’ve moved from a cruiser to the outside to account for Jen’s story’s discrepancies. Officer Mullaney will further corroborate this. THE PROBLEM IS: Jen McCabe claims to have made these searches during the same time that first responders were working on/moving John into the ambulance, but this is completely disproven by dashcam surveillance footage from the scene showing him being worked on at 6:14:10am & moved into the ambulance at 6:14:50am. Jen made no searches at or around this time. She made her searches at 6:23 & 6:24am, nearly 10 minutes later. Furthermore, none of the things—like prayers & blood—that Jen claims happened between her, Karen & Kerry at this time, actually happen. Rember back in Trial 2, years after the fact that Kerry says “We were putting a timeline together at the request of Peggy O’Keefe.” “I was at Jen’s house making a timeline when the two officers showed up… I just happened to be there.” “Jen’s sister Denise was there. Denise was writing it down as we were remembering things.” Oh. Denise was writing it down. Denise was physically in the room. Denise was part of the timeline construction process. Denise is now a core witness to the very first ‘what happened’ narrative. And yet… Jen under oath makes it sound like it was just her and Kerry, desperately trying to “figure out what happened to our friend.” She never says, “Oh yeah, my sister Denise was also there writing the whole thing down… while two officers showed up… while Kerry was on the phone with Proctor… while we were actively constructing a joint narrative.” Not a whisper. Not a mention. Denise apparently took a vow of timeline celibacy. If Denise was taking notes, she's a witness to the creation of the narrative. But somehow magically becomes irrelevant to everyone at the house. If she was there when officers arrived, she SAW who said what. Which means she’s a witness to the early statements… Which means she’s a witness to inconsistencies… Which means she’s a witness to whether Jen’s story evolved. . If she was there when Kerry called Proctor, she’s a witness to THAT too. So she’s not just present, she’s potentially involved in the very structure of the early story coordination. New footage of Jen and Matt McCabe at the O'Keefe's home the evening after the murder of John O'Keefe. On 1/30/22, Jen and Matt arrive at 8:29pm and then left with their daughter at 9:12pm. Jen looking interestingly exhausted as she first arrives and quite snappy with her daughter when they leave 45 minutes later. 🤔 Earlier that day, Jen and Kerry Roberts had spent 5 hours at the O'Keefe's. From there, they would 🔹️stop at Jen's for 7 minutes 🔹️stop at 34 Fairview Rd for 4 minutes and then proceed to Canton PD Detective Sergeant Mike Lank's home. This off-the-books meeting lasting roughly 45 minutes. Important to note, Lank has a long history with the Albert family. He, in fact, was the only officer trusted to enter 34 Fairview Rd multiple times during the early hours of 1/29/22. Jen McCabe had multiple police interviews on 1/29. At one point in the morning, she called Lank back to 34 Fairview to speak. He arrived and spoke to her in front of many Albert family members (Brian, Nicole, Chris, Julie, Kevin) and Brian Higgins. This is where Jen said, for the first time, Karen Read allegedly “admitted” to running over John. “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him”. On 2/1, she had another MSP interview at her home. Jen McCabe must think everyone is dumb. in an April 2022 grand jury she was asked 12 times about her statements regarding what KR said. Not once did she mention “I hit him 3x” Her reasoning - “I wasn’t asked that question.” She also claims she didn’t tell the grand jury about the jeep being out front because - You guessed it “she wasn’t asked.” However when it comes to answering questions regarding things that hurt her or the McAlberts, she has NO PROBLEM answering questions that she was not asked. WHAT THE DASH CAM SHOWS VS KERRY TESTIMONY 6:13:20 AM Kerry is next to her passenger door First responders are actively giving CPR. Kerry is positioned in the street, close to her car. 6:13:50 AM Kerry walks several car lengths DOWN the road toward Cedarcrest She is now so far away she is barely visible in the dash cam frame. This is important BECAUSE She is nowhere near John. At all. 6:14:00 AM Stretcher arrives More responders come into view on dash cam, heading to John’s location. Kerry is so far down the street she cannot even be seen. 6:14:20 AM John is moved onto the stretcher Jen McCabe and Karen are directly in front of the cruiser in the shot the entire time. Kerry? Still invisible, Because she’s still SEVERAL car-lengths away. 6:14:45 AM John is moved toward the ambulance Paramedics pass by the cruiser with the stretcher.
