But you send OTPs via SMS, and include the numbers at the beginning of the message. Which shows up on phone locked screens and which criminals can use without needing to open the phone or app. You knowingly do this and don't take responsibility. Even blaming fraud victims.

The online FRAUD on FNB is insane. I have had to cancel 2 cards recently because of online fraud. Looking at other customer complaints, yoh, I don' think my money is safe at FNB.
