@KLM My luggage was lost, and after spending time and money sending requested documents, I was told there's nothing you can do. I'm stressed and frustrated by this experience. Please help resolve this issue.

Why not change your name to Royal Amsterdam Airlines?

What a terrible airline you are. Cancelling our flight and not responding to complaints when trying to ring.

Your online check-in is broken after wasting my time scanning a QR code and then my passport and putting in all my personal information. Where did it go. Thanks.

Keeping traditions alive at KLM means: we at KLM will still offer you the most arrogant and unfriendly flight attendants in World Business Class, as long as your are not dutch and not straight!

Hi KLM, I had a delay over 3 hours on my flight from Faroe Islands to Prague. For this, I should be entitled to a compensation of 400 euros. However, your customer gave me a compensation of only 250 euros. Can you please assign someone to look at my case? Thanks

5 openstaande zaken en nog geen oplossing of claimgoedkeuring. Geen enkele poging om te begrijpen welke intimidatie de klant heeft ondergaan op de luchthaven van India.
