Lavender is highly valued for its diverse range of uses, including as a flavouring agent in various food items, as well as for medicinal, ornamental, and aromatic applications. "This year's crop is quite good. It has a good colour also. In the past, there was demand for oil, but now there is a demand for flowers straight from the farm. As you can see today, the crop has a nice colour, and we are happy with farming," says a farmer, Dimplan Devi.
