Speaking of which, I might nominate KGJr for sweetest swing of all time. Who else should be in the conversation on the shot list?

Best swing of all time. And maybe the best player of all time without the injury issues.

Adley Rutschman talking through his focus on his left handed swing. This is a great cue for left swing, right handed throwing players to keep the dominant hand from taking over the swing. ⚾️

Here’s a few hitting tips from Ken Griffey Jr when he made an appearance on MLB Network. Ted Williams used to wait on his pitch and Ken Griffey Jr. is the best example of hitting "his pitch" marked by his trademark swing thru the ball to wherever the pitcher made the mistake. We never really knew if it was Griffey Jr.'s core development or his hands quite similar to how Pete Rose swatted at "his pitch."

Ken Griffey Jr. is the only player ever to hit the warehouse at Camden Yards with a home run ball. Why has no one hit it since? We talked to 3 physicists, a Statcast expert and one of the Orioles' best left-handed bats to try to get an answer 🔎

During BP one afternoon, Lou Pinella bet Ken Griffey Jr. that he couldn’t hit homers to left, center, and right consecutively. Griffey lost the bet and had to buy Lou a steak dinner. He got him a steak, but it wasn’t cooked 🤣

The Warriors are so depleted and so desperate for bodies on the court that Malevy Leons (who’s right-handed) is shooting left-handed free throws after injuring his wrist a week ago. "Just trying to aim at the basket and hope and pray that it goes in." STEVE KERR: "He's out there basically playing with one hand."
